About the firm
A career shaped by the people who opened a door.
Timely counsel can change what becomes possible — for a leader, a team, or an enterprise.

Where the story began
One introduction changed the trajectory.
The summer after sixth grade, Tim paused outside a storefront. A young African American gentleman stepped out and asked him one question:
“How would you like to learn about computers?”
A two-week computer camp sparked an interest that became a 30+ year career at Eli Lilly—ultimately leading to the chief technology officer’s chair.
Paying it forward
Tim has spent much of his career extending that opportunity through STEM education and the boards that sustain it.
